1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the cvk4 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated under the cvk4 brand at cvk4.app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cvk4 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform").

Your continued use of the cvk4 Platform following the creation of an account, the placement of a bet, the participation in any promotional offer, or any other interaction with the Platform constitutes your express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and cvk4.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" shall refer to both the individual user and the entity on whose behalf the Platform is being accessed.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the cvk4 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which they maintain an active account:

• You are aged 18 years or older. cvk4 is an 18+ platform without exception.
• You are a natural person acting in your own capacity, not on behalf of a business for commercial gambling purposes.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by cvk4 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes and not for any unlawful objective.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of cvk4, nor are you a close relative of any such person, for the purposes of participation in real-money gambling on the Platform.

cvk4 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any user at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by cvk4 will result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a minor in your care has registered or attempted to register an account on the cvk4 Platform, please contact our support team immediately at support@cvk4.app. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including closing the account. We strongly recommend that adults with children in the home make use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites.

3 Account Registration

To access the real-money betting and gaming services available on the cvk4 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

One Account Per Person

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the cvk4 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited. Where cvk4 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be closed and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. cvk4 strongly recommends that all users enable OTP two-factor authentication, which is available from within the account security settings. cvk4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

cvk4 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and platform integrity standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documentation before making your first withdrawal or at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or other government-issued photo identification. cvk4 also reserves the right to request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

cvk4 supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods to facilitate fast, convenient deposits and withdrawals for players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

Accepted Payment Methods

cvk4 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and is registered in their own name.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the cvk4 Platform is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit in standard circumstances, although cvk4 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to specific accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the cvk4 finance team within the timeframes published in the Platform's withdrawal information section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable KYC or fraud verification checks. cvk4 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the identity of the registered account holder.

Transaction Restrictions

cvk4 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a user. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. cvk4 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects was made by or on behalf of a third party, and to withhold corresponding withdrawals pending investigation. cvk4 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cvk4 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback deals, and other incentive schemes to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer. The following general principles apply to all cvk4 promotional activities:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. cvk4 reserves the right to exclude any user from any promotion at its discretion.
• Each promotion will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying games or markets, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Only one bonus may be active on a user's account at any one time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• cvk4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including where cvk4 suspects that the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, or the exploitation of technical errors — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Seasonal promotions tied to significant Bangladesh events — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup — may be offered at cvk4's sole discretion. Details of any active promotions are published on the Platform and communicated via registered contact details. Users should check the Platform regularly for current promotional offers.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity undertaken on the cvk4 Platform. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, casino games, and instant-win products are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet or wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the cvk4 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not binding on cvk4. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been successfully placed before the relevant event commences.

Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on the cvk4 Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those that were in effect at the precise moment your bet was confirmed by the system, not the odds displayed at the time you began the bet placement process. cvk4 reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in odds pricing and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

Voided Bets and Events

cvk4 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event in question is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; a technical error affects the integrity of the bet or the odds; or cvk4 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on the cvk4 Platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules and theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each game are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the individual game interfaces. cvk4 does not alter or override game outcomes.

Responsible Gambling Limits in Gaming

All users are encouraged to make use of the deposit limits, session time reminders, and other responsible gaming tools available on the cvk4 Platform to manage their gaming activity. Details of these tools are set out in our Responsible Gaming policy.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of the cvk4 Platform, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your obligations under this Agreement:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false date of birth.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the cvk4 Platform simultaneously.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, spider, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game content for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, or for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Bangladesh law.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory toward cvk4 staff or other users.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the cvk4 Platform, its servers, databases, or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the cvk4 Platform.

cvk4 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your cvk4 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at support@cvk4.app. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals of genuine funds (i.e., funds derived from real-money deposits and winnings that are not subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by cvk4

cvk4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where cvk4 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user has provided false or fraudulent registration information.
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• The user is under the age of 18.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 24 months and has a zero balance.
• Regulatory, legal, or risk-management obligations require cvk4 to do so.

Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion from the cvk4 Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted via the account settings panel or by contacting support directly. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, the account will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reactivated before that period expires. 9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the cvk4 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, data, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of cvk4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from cvk4.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices appearing on the Platform.

The cvk4 brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of cvk4. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited. Third-party game provider names, logos, and trademarks (including those of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the property of their respective owners.

10 Limitation of Liability

The cvk4 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cvk4 expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

cvk4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside cvk4's control does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cvk4's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their cvk4 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to These Terms

cvk4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to these Terms, cvk4 will notify registered users via the email address or contact number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not change their substance, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without advance notice.

Your continued use of the cvk4 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. cvk4 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law as they apply to online gaming and entertainment platforms serving the Bangladesh market.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and cvk4 in connection with your use of the Platform, your account, or these Terms, you should first contact the cvk4 support team via live chat or at support@cvk4.app to seek an informal resolution. cvk4 will endeavour to address all good-faith complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. cvk4 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in good faith.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severance of any individual provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cvk4 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements between the parties in relation to the same subject matter.
